SHIPPING OPTIONS AND DELIVERY COSTS

1. Intrastate (Within Lagos)
• Delivery Time: 1–2 business days
• Delivery Method: Local courier dispatch or in-house rider
• Standard Delivery Fee: ₦2000 – ₦4,000 (depending on location)
• Same-Day Delivery: Available for orders placed before 12 PM (subject to rider availability); fees start at ₦3,500

2. Interstate (Outside Lagos, Within Nigeria)
• Delivery Time: 3–5 business days
• Delivery Method: Partner courier services
• Standard Delivery Fee: ₦3,500 – ₦7,000 (varies by location and package size)

3. International Shipping
• Delivery Time: 5–10 business days
• Delivery Method: DHL, FedEx
• Shipping Fee: Calculated at checkout based on destination
• Customs & Duties: Recipient is responsible for any customs, duties, or import taxes applicable in their country

ORDER PROCESSING

  • Orders are processed within 1 business day after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Please ensure your shipping address and contact information are correct to avoid delays.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, weather conditions, or customs clearance for international orders.
  • In the rare case of lost or damaged items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

PAYMENT METHODS

Sal.M Clothing accepts the following payment methods:

  • Credit Card: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, JCB, Visa Electron. The total will be charged to your card when the order is processed
  • Sal.M Clothing features a Fast Checkout option, allowing you to securely save your credit card details so that you don’t have to re-enter them for future purchases.

EXCHANGES, RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Items returned within 14 days of their original shipment date in same as new condition will be eligible for a full refund or store credit. Refunds will be charged back to the original form of payment used for purchase. Customer is responsible for shipping charges when making returns and shipping/handling fees of original purchase is non-refundable.
